Children ages 3 to 14 are invited to join us as we go "caching for animals." Ever wonder why some animals migrate and navigate and know just where to go for food and shelter? Children will discover the art of navigation and just how some animals do it. We will use compasses and a small hand held GPS and go on a treasure hunt.There will be behind the scenes adventures, exciting games and crafts, encounters with zookeepers and surprises yet to be told.

Member registration begins on February 24 and non-member registration opens on March 10. Registration is only accepted by mail. Spaces are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Teen Camp: Ages 12 to 14 Years Old

You can either stay for a day (10am to 4pm) or you can stay the night (3:30pm to 9:00am) at the Zoo. Our day camp includes lunch. The overnight camp is the same as the day camp just with dinner, breakfast and your sleeping bag.
