Earth Day 2010: March 11

To keep the celebration going we will honor Earth Day 2010 on a weekday during the school year. The Greenville Zoo’s Education Department and the City of Greenville will play host to a conservation observation. Enjoy the zoo while learning about animal habitats, compost "cooking" with Betty, recycling and litter control, water quality and what all of this has to do with animals!

Conservation Day/International Migratory Bird Day: May 1

This is a very special day! The Greenville Zoo will host conservation and civic groups, offering ideas on how to help animals how to make our world a better place to live. Join the fun with hands on activities at separate booths.
